Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient order processing, delivery, and customer transactions.
• Keep customer information, sales activities, and communication records current in internal systems.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Expand business opportunities by developing and maintaining a network of contacts and potential leads.
• Track customer payment status and work with the finance team to support timely collections.
