Job summary

HAHN Automation Group US is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage existing customers, expand relationships, and drive service sales for retrofits, relocations, and consulting services.

You will collaborate with project management, engineering, and service teams to develop offers, negotiate changes, and maintain the account pipeline within CRM. Travel will be required, including potential domestic trips.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of account management, technical sales, or business development experience.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and service opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned existing customers within an industry vertical.
• Expand existing customer relations and identify cross- and upselling potential.
• Lead the sales process from needs analysis to contract closure and coordinate with PM, Engineering, and Service teams.
