Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Account Manager to win new accounts, grow existing ones, and coordinate with recruiters to meet client hiring needs. You will conduct cold calls, lead client meetings, and negotiate bill rates to maximize profitability.

This role offers a base salary with weekly commission and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401k, ample PTO, parental leave, and employee discounts. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience preferred.

• 2+ years of corporate sales/recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Win new accounts and expand existing accounts.
• Coordinate with recruiters and client support for hiring and payroll needs.
• Conduct cold calls to decision makers and schedule face-to-face meetings.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with accounts and market ideal candidates.
• Lead client meetings and manage partnerships with recruiters.
