Patcraft Account Manager in Houston leads relationships with architects, designers, business owners and contractors to deliver high-quality flooring solutions.

You will cover Houston, TX and surrounding markets, with a strong focus on Healthcare (A&D and End Use channels). Daily travel and project management from concept to delivery are core expectations, with Salesforce proficiency and clear communication being essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of industry sales experience.
• Residence in Houston, TX or willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, designers and contractors to select appropriate products.
• Travel daily within assigned area to call on customers and prospects.
• Manage projects from inception to completion including coordination and delivery oversight.
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and follow up on leads from various sources.
• Build relationships with customers through meals or events.
