Patcraft, a Shaw Industries Group, Inc. brand, seeks an Account Manager to cover Houston and surrounding markets.

You will partner with architects, designers and contractors to deliver high-quality flooring solutions, with a strong emphasis on the Healthcare segment and end-use channels. Responsibilities include coordinating projects from inception through installation, traveling within the territory, and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3+ years in industry sales.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; commercial interiors experience beneficial.
• Houston, TX resident; valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Healthcare segment experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Travel daily within assigned area to call on customers and prospects.
• Manage projects from inception to completion: product selection, orders, tracking, delivery, and installation oversight.
• Grow relationships with architects, designers, end users and contractors; educate on Patcraft solutions.
• Present to architects, designers and clients to demonstrate flooring benefits and value.
• Collaborate with team and CRM (Salesforce) to support accounts.
