Job summary

The Marek Group is seeking an Account Manager to join our sales team in WAUKESHA, WI. You will lead the strategic execution of marketing and sales support activities, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for clients and internal projects.

In this role you will manage client relationships, develop cross-media campaigns, identify new opportunities, and coordinate resources across the Marek Group. A strong background in print production and client service is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with detail.
• College degree and/or 3+ years in print production/fulfillment.
• 5+ years of account management or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of print production processes (digital/offset/embroidery/engraving).
• Experience as primary client contact and delegating tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal/external resources to align with client needs and budgets.
• Plan and implement day-to-day client relationships across cross-media tactics.
• Develop opportunities, manage revenue streams, and solicit referrals.
• Coordinate client reviews to ensure value and satisfaction.
• Design client solutions with Marek Group's team, adapting to new tech.
