Adyen is seeking a proactive Account Manager in Paris to own relationships with strategic merchants across industries. You will drive commercial growth, identify opportunities, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.

You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts with a hands-on approach, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution, while collaborating with a global, multicultural AM team.

Formación

• 3-4 years of experience in a client-facing/commercial role selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure or financial services (payments)
• Based in Paris with hybrid workplace; remote-only roles not offered
• Full professional written and verbal proficiency in French and English

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with team and manage accounts with strategic merchants
• Build trust with merchants to minimise churn and foster partnerships
• Proactively spot opportunities and drive commercial discussions to grow accounts
• Prioritise and manage short and long-term projects across multiple accounts
• Serve as a feedback loop internally to improve product and merchant experience
