Job summary

Comply is seeking an Install Base Account Manager to grow and retain a portfolio of existing clients through expansion, cross-sell, and trusted partnership. You’ll own a book of existing Comply customers and drive expansion revenue while keeping accounts healthy and renewing.

You’ll map whitespace, run solution-oriented conversations, and partner with executives from compliance to the C-suite to build the case for more.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales or account management in financial services or fintech.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding expansion/retention targets.
• Ability to translate a complex solution set into business value.
• Working knowledge of regulatory landscape for investment advisers, hedge funds, PE, and other institutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Gong.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of existing accounts, accountable for net revenue retention, gross retention, and expansion.
• Build account plans that map current footprint, whitespace, and clear expansion paths.
• Run solution-oriented conversations and extend into adjacent business units and use cases once value is proven.
• Work across stakeholders from compliance officers to the C-suite.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Gong and Salesforce, using product-usage signals to time expansion.
• Represent Comply at client meetings, industry seminars, and internal sales events.
