Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a dedicated professional to provide exceptional customer service for assigned clients and policies. You will support the Producer in growing existing accounts and play a key role in renewals and marketing.

The role requires strong communication, accounting oversight, and teamwork to deliver accurate proposals and bind coverage. An active insurance license and CE compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six+ years related work experience.
• Valid insurance license; continuing education requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Supports Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
• Initiates renewal process for existing clients and discusses renewal strategy with Producer.
• Analyzes exposures and develops renewal or new business specifications for marketing.
• Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, reviews quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy.
• Prepares proposals and/or schedules of coverage for clients.
• Binds insurance coverage and issues binders or certificates.
• Reviews client accounting history and responds to inquiries.
• Participates in the claims process as directed by management.
• Provides guidance to staff assisting with client needs.
