Qualifications

• Proven success record in inside sales (corporate housing, hospitality, or leasing experience preferred).
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow market by increasing unit count and identifying opportunities.
• Drive profitability through pricing, lease negotiations, and new business.
• Generate leads via local marketing and relationship-building.
• Respond quickly to high-volume, time-sensitive requests.
• Serve as liaison between clients, vendors, and partners for seamless leases.
• Aim for top-tier guest satisfaction with high service standards.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to strengthen partnerships.
