This role focuses on managing and strengthening relationships with assigned customers, serving as the primary point of contact, and coordinating internally to meet commitments. You will work closely with customers, estimating, operations, field teams, and leadership to maintain clear communication throughout each account's lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Organized, relationship-driven Account Manager responsible for managing customer accounts.
• Strong communication and coordination with internal teams (estimating, operations, project management).
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers and key accounts.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers and programs.
• Coordinate with estimating, operations, project management, field teams, and leadership to meet commitments.
• Communicate project updates, scheduling information, and changes to customers.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional support or services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and proposals.
