CBC in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Account Manager to identify and recruit mobile blood-drive sponsor groups, delivering formal presentations to leaders, and developing strategic plans for growth. You will coach coordinators, manage donor programs, and drive community outreach with attention to detail and results.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to handle irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends to ensure successful drives

Responsibilities

• Executes account recruitment plans aligned to CBC goals to drive mobile drives.
• Schedules drives per guidelines to optimize resources.
• Projects drive collections and meets targets monthly/annually.
• Maintains records of recruitment activities and drive results.
• Works with coordinators to ensure successful drives and diverse donor engagement.
• Delivers formal presentations to donor group leaders to inspire participation.
• Conducts evaluation meetings to improve future drives and growth.
• Develops strategic account plans for long-range growth.
• Prospects, networks and adapts to new sales opportunities.
• Mentors and trains account teams and maintains professional relationships.
