Job summary

You will coordinate day‑to‑day administrative and customer service activities and resolve complex issues.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in account management, active P&C licensing (CIC preferred), strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
