Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. in Dallas, TX, seeks an Account Manager to oversee client relationships across our data center and managed services portfolio from Plano.

The role focuses on coordinating service delivery, renewing existing contracts, and expanding business with assigned accounts. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams, communicate with C-Level executives, and drive incident management, billing issues, and quarterly account reviews to ensure SLA adherence and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Sales Account Manager.
• 3-5 years in Data Center, Telecom, IT, Cloud, Managed Services and Networking.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Client Relationship for all products and services.
• Coordinate delivery of new services and ongoing delivery in a steady-state environment.
• Identify new business opportunities and renew existing services.
• Conduct regular customer meetings, incident awareness and escalation, issue trending and problem management.
• Prepare, schedule and facilitate regular customer account reviews on a quarterly basis.
