Digital Ignite in Charleston, SC, is hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of client relationships and act as a strategic partner to those clients. You’ll connect each client’s business goals to our digital marketing work and ensure campaigns are delivering results.

You’ll work closely with our Media, Creative, Strategy and Sales teams to keep work on time, on brief and on budget, while growing trusted client relationships and driving retention.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of account management or client services experience in a digital/marketing setting.
• Ability to connect client goals to marketing recommendations and campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the main day-to-day contact.
• Lead regular check-ins and quarterly reviews tying results to client goals.
• Ensure work is on time, on brief and on budget; flag out-of-scope requests early.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Media and Creative teams to align priorities.
