Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to oversee and manage assigned client accounts, coordinating with sales and support to implement new or renewing contracts and maintain strong relationships. Travel may be required.

Candidates should have solid knowledge of employee benefits, negotiation, and problem resolution; excellent communication, professionalism, and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe.

• Strong negotiation and problem-resolution abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct implementations for new and renewing clients.
• Lead strategy meetings and document collection with Business Consultant.
• Negotiate benefits and rates with carriers; request renewals.
• Conduct pre-renewal and renewal meetings (in person or via Zoom).
• Deliver final renewal to client and finalize benefit selections.
