Job summary

ExtensisHR seeks an Account Manager to cultivate trusted client relationships and advocate for our HR services. You will coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions, run business reviews, and drive client satisfaction. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in account management are preferred.

You will also contribute to renewals, retention strategies, and ongoing client education, while staying current on ExtensisHR offerings to maximize value for clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account/relationship management experience, with a focus on benefits.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trusted relationships with business leaders and decision-makers.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of all services.
• Act as a strategic advisor, aligning PEO services with client growth and needs.
• Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Proactively identify and resolve client concerns, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Support client renewals and retention strategies by showcasing value of partnership.
