You will act as a liaison across departments to ensure timely deliveries and responsive service. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3–5 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with MRP, ERP, and customer service requirements.
• Analytical skills and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Proficient with spreadsheets and updating/tracking data for customers and sales.
• Verify accuracy of orders and quotes; data entry.
• Communicate with customers via email, portal, and phone.
• Provide production status and manage special instructions and delivery changes.
• Handle upset customers professionally and follow up on inquiries.
• Learn and provide backup for Order Entry.
