G.S. Precision, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Brattleboro Division - South Plant. You will oversee overall operations, drive efficiency, and lead a team to deliver quality components for aerospace and defense.

Responsibilities include managing production schedules, staffing, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives to support growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Monitor operations for efficiency and safety while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Support production schedules through direct reports to meet goals and customer expectations.
• Lead production supervisors, staff development, and establish operating procedures.
• Develop business strategies, oversee budget, and report to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and vision for Brattleboro (South Plant) operations.
• Manage inventory, processes, personnel, and reporting.
• Implement continuous improvement to increase efficiency and capacity.
• Oversee projects to improve capacity and sales and develop internal procedures.
