Job summary

Ceresti Health is seeking an Account Manager for ACOs and MediGap plans to own partner relationships, drive enrollment, and ensure successful adoption of the GUIDE Model. You will work across care teams, carriers, and Ceresti’s internal stakeholders to align goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes proactive enrollment, strategic collaboration, and high-quality partner governance in a remote-first, national environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in account management or partner management within healthcare.
• Experience with ACOs, Medicare Advantage or MediGap carriers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CMS models (GUIDE, MSSP) or value-based programs is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment performance for assigned ACOs and MediGap carriers.
• Build trusted relationships with ACO leadership, provider teams, and MediGap carrier staff.
• Explain GUIDE Model workflows and enable partner adoption across channels.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support enrollment, education, and reporting.
• Lead partner check-ins and present data-driven updates to executives.
