Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of related account management or client services experience.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned account and client relationships and service responsibilities.
• Assist in project management of contract implementations and smooth transitions for members.
• Provide training to clients on product usage and functionality.
• Coordinate design, development and rollout of product enhancements for clients.
• Travel as needed to sites or meetings.
