Job summary

Medica is a nonprofit health plan serving communities in Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Missouri, and beyond. We are seeking a Strategic ACO Contract Manager to lead contract lifecycle management and negotiate terms with providers to ensure sustainable networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 8 years of related work experience beyond degree.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft contracts with providers and align terms with Medica's financial goals and templates.
• Manage contract renewals and amendments, tracking critical dates and renewal processes.
• Maintain contractual language and fee schedules aligned with medical policy changes and reimbursement structures.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, monitoring and closure.
• Develop and maintain strong provider relationships and participate in network growth and recruitment.
