Job summary

Envision, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to manage a defined portfolio of customer accounts. You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth by aligning Envision's products with customer needs.

You will nurture relationships, coordinate onboarding and renewals, and collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to deliver value and drive account expansion.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience in an industrial industry.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical abilities; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Understand customer objectives and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage account onboarding, ongoing support, and renewals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Monitor account performance, usage, and satisfaction levels.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Prepare and present account reviews, reports, and recommendations.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate account records in ERP/CRM and other systems.
