Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead top accounts in the New England, NY, and Boston area. This role is remote-based in the US and focuses on vaccines contracts, health-system partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives across multi-functional teams.

The position requires strong leadership, deep health-system knowledge, and the ability to drive co-created value with customers. Travel up to 75% is expected to support customer engagements and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years in field sales or account management.
• Experience accessing C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
• Ability to translate health system market knowledge into strategic plans.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
• Travel: up to 75% of the time to customers, conventions, training, and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned strategic accounts and act as primary cross-functional liaison to drive value for customers and Sanofi.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with internal resources to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with external stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Assess customer pressures, drivers, and opportunities to identify high-value growth initiatives.
• Coordinate communications on account planning, strategy, and resource allocation across teams.
