Job summary

Sanofi seeks a Strategic Account Manager to drive growth with our largest vaccine customers in a remote US-based role. You will own account strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build long-term partnerships with health systems, IHNs, and payers.

The role requires 5+ years of field sales or account management, strong business acumen, and ability to influence senior leaders. Domestic travel up to 75% is expected, MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
• Broad understanding of health system business and decision makers.
• Ability to translate health system knowledge into strategic plans with stakeholders.
• Executive level relationship management and prioritization of multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned strategic accounts as a business partner for Sanofi.
• Develop and deliver a strategic account plan and deploy resources accordingly.
• Build trust-based relationships with senior customers to drive revenue and value co-creation.
