Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (CVG) seeks a strategic Account Manager to own and expand relationships within our key OEM client portfolio.

You will uncover opportunities, drive revenue growth, and ensure flawless execution of custom plastic solutions—from injection and compression molding to value-add assemblies. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and cross-functional teams, guiding initiatives, reviewing performance, and delivering post-sales support to assure customer success

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of account management or inside sales experience in B2B OEM environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic contact for a portfolio of existing OEM clients and build long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Lead full sales cycle from opportunity to closure, including RFQ analysis and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure successful project launches and ongoing support.
• Provide post-sales support and maintain regular forecasts and activity reports.
