Mass Culture in the United States seeks a Senior Account Strategist to lead a portfolio of client accounts, translate business goals into actionable strategies, and guide planning, decisions, and momentum across the team.

You will connect media, creative, insights, and operations into a single direction, stay ahead of evolving platforms including AI, and translate data signals into sharp insights and measurable impact for brands.

Qualifications

• Strategy, leadership, and client leadership experience across media, or related roles.
• Ability to translate business objectives into marketing strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong storytelling, communication, and ability to teach complex ideas clearly.
• 6–15 years of experience in strategy, media, or client leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own the day-to-day strategic direction for a set of Mass Culture client accounts.
• Translate business objectives into clear marketing strategies, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Lead planning sessions, both internal and external, defining what we are doing, why it matters, and how we will measure success.
• Ensure alignment across search, social, retail, creative, and analytics, connecting inputs into a unified plan.
• Turn performance, audience, and market signals into sharp insights and clear next steps.
• Lead strategic conversations with clients, framing decisions and driving clarity.
