Job summary

High Scale Ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own creative strategy for a portfolio of fast-growing consumer brands. You’ll turn consumer insights and performance data into advertising campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

You’ll lead testing frameworks, analyze performance trends, and mentor junior strategists while collaborating with Creative Directors, Media Buyers, Copywriters, and Producers to ensure strategic impact and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, Direct Response Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven track record developing and scaling successful advertising campaigns for DTC, eCommerce, or consumer brands.
• Experience managing creative strategy across multiple brands or large advertising accounts.
• Previous experience in a performance marketing agency, creative agency, or high-growth consumer brand is strongly preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative strategies, successful campaigns, and measurable business results is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of performance-driven creative strategies for multiple DTC, eCommerce, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and wellness brands.
• Translate business objectives, consumer insights, and campaign performance into comprehensive creative strategies.
• Identify key customer motivations, purchasing barriers, emotional triggers, and messaging opportunities.
• Develop creative concepts that balance brand storytelling with direct-response advertising principles.
• Establish clear strategic direction for creative campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social platforms.
• Ensure creative strategies align with client growth objectives, target audiences, and performance KPIs.
