Job summary

Speakman, an Everflow company, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for Industrial Safety to lead and grow key West Coast customers. This remote-based role covers the Western Territory and requires coordinating with field sales, regional offices, and suppliers to drive strategic initiatives and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and strong knowledge of channel sales in the building and construction industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience.
• Implicit understanding of channel sales routes to market; travel up to 75%.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans for Speakman Safety products.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to secure national specifications.
• Understand each strategic account's business and performance metrics with the customer.
• Analyze data to create insights that drive retention and revenue.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to respond to customer needs.
• Maintain consistent communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Allocate organizational resources to maximize sales opportunities.
