Talos is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own our most consequential client relationships across large asset managers, hedge funds, and global banks. You will shape client technology decisions and partner with product, BD, and executive leadership in a hybrid, global team.

You will build 12-month plans, identify expansions, and drive commercial outcomes with high-agency and cross-functional execution. This role blends strategy, relationships, and product insight in a dynamic crypto market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or client coverage.
• Direct experience selling to asset managers, hedge funds, institutional brokers, or global banks.
• Fluency in institutional trading workflows and front-to-back trade lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined book of Talos's largest strategic accounts across asset managers, hedge funds, institutional and retail brokers, and global banks.
• Build and maintain rolling 12-month account plans with stakeholder maps and expansion theses.
• Identify expansion opportunities across product lines and business units within accounts.
• Serve as a bridge between client requirements and Talos product strategy, documenting opportunities.
