Job summary

Chromalox, part of the Spirax Group, seeks a Strategic Account Representative to maintain professional relationships with the assigned strategic customer and manage orders in a robust transactional environment across Chromalox brands and affiliated divisions.

You will interface with supply chain and engineering, respond to order status requests, enter orders into ERP, assist with documentation for estimates, and support production control to maintain capacity plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a diverse manufacturing environment.
• High degree of professionalism in verbal and written communication.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with supply chain representatives and engineering personnel.
• Provide timely responses to order status, expediting, returns, or shipping changes.
• Assist with maintaining customer portal communications and feedback to management.
• Enter all assigned customer orders accurately into ERP.
• Assist with documentation required for estimates.
