Socket.dev seeks a Strategic Account Manager / Irrigation Supervisor to lead a key client portfolio and oversee irrigation operations within the branch. You will manage relationships, evaluate landscape performance, and coordinate services to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

You will develop into a Junior Branch Manager as the company expands, with opportunities to guide irrigation teams and contribute to branch growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Extensive horticultural and landscape knowledge.
• Experience in commercial landscape maintenance.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned strategic accounts.
• Develop relationships with property managers and maintenance teams.
• Conduct property walks to evaluate landscape quality.
• Maintain communication on service performance and needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements and additional services.
• Assist in proposals and recommendations to clients.
