Terumo Medical Corporation seeks a Senior Strategic Account Manager (CDMO & Primary Container Solutions) to drive revenue growth with pharmaceutical and biotech customers in the U.S. You will manage key relationships, uncover opportunities, and expand access to Terumo’s CDMO fill-finish and primary container solutions.

The role involves coordinating strategies across regions, managing pipeline and forecasts, and negotiating commercial agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in B2B technical sales, business development, or commercial roles.
• Experience selling CDMO fill-finish services, primary container systems, or related packaging solutions.
• Experience coordinating long-cycle, multi-stakeholder global accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify high-value new business opportunities within target pharmaceutical and biotech accounts.
• Lead account development with frequent customer engagement across regions and global teams.
• Develop deep knowledge of Terumo’s CDMO and packaging platforms and communicate value to customers.
• Maintain pipeline visibility, forecast, and budget tracking using CRM tools.
• Coordinate internal resources to address customer requirements and accelerate complex sales cycles.
• Prepare account roadmaps and negotiate agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, and supply contracts.
