Onward Search is partnering with a dynamic marketing and advertising solutions provider in Hoboken, NJ to recruit a Manager, Account Strategy. You will lead the development and execution of multi-channel advertising campaigns, aligning with client objectives and delivering measurable results.

The role emphasizes strategic consulting, data-driven proposals, and collaboration with sales and account teams to optimize performance and grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital advertising campaigns across media types (display, video, social, search).
• Strong understanding of media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR) and optimization.
• Proven client-facing experience with risk management and solution development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of managed-service and self-service campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to craft strategic, data-driven media proposals.
• Present campaign performance, insights, and optimization strategies to internal teams and clients.
• Ensure seamless campaign launches by adhering to QA processes and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for campaign growth and upsell to enhance revenue.
