Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a Manager, Strategic Clients Solutions (SCS Commercial) to manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, retain revenue, and drive year‑over‑year growth by expanding eDiscovery and review services. You will coordinate with staffing and business developers to represent the full Consilio service range to clients.

This client‑facing role requires interaction with senior client leadership, travel up to 25%, and leadership of account planning and research to meet client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of legal-industry sales or account management experience.
• Experience with global Fortune 200 corporations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for account information and issue resolution.
• Map whitespace within accounts and execute plans to grow Consilio services.
• Broaden and deepen relationships with buyers across business units globally.
• Promote eDiscovery, review, consulting and staffing service lines.
• Coordinate cross‑jurisdictional support for global matters.
• Lead regular project meetings and key communications; report outcomes.
