Consilio LLC is seeking a Managed Services Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead client onboarding, drive adoption of the Managed Services operating model, and ensure long-term value realization for enterprise clients.

You will partner with Project Managers and Delivery Leaders to align workflows, manage change, and enable self-sufficiency through training and documentation, while acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams across onboarding and ongoing engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in eDiscovery, litigation support, customer success or related roles.
• Experience managing client-facing relationships in tech-enabled services.
• Strong technical aptitude with eDiscovery platforms (RelativityOne, Everlaw, Reveal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead client onboarding, implementation strategy, and ongoing engagement.
• Drive adoption of standardized workflows and self-sufficiency through training.
• Provide regular reporting, value realization metrics, and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Delivery Leaders, and Sales to align objectives.
