Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex e-discovery projects, coordinating with attorneys, paralegals, IT staff, and client teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and adherence to budgets.

You will lead multiple concurrent engagements, mentor junior team members, develop schedules, manage risks, and report progress to directors. Willingness to travel and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or minimum 5 years in the litigation support / legal industry
• Demonstrated leadership responsibilities
• 5 years experience using the Relativity platform or equivalent eDiscovery tools
• Willingness to travel
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
• Ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction
• Experience coordinating project work and resources with global resources
• Proactive problem-solving and anticipation of client needs

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serve as primary client point of contact
• Provide expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables
• Create and maintain project schedules and reporting with activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and resources
• Develop and manage relationships with internal teams
• Define, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications and deliverables
• Serve as an expert on Consilio's review platforms and proprietary offerings
• Forecast, track and manage project budgets
• Oversee multiple concurrent complex projects
• Generate and distribute reporting metrics and KPIs for each project
• Develop strong client relationships through collaborative service
