Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-level e-discovery projects and mentor junior staff. You will coordinate data collections, processing workflows, and production deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines across several concurrent engagements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or minimum 5 years in the litigation support / legal industry.
• Demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• 5 years experience using the Relativity platform or equivalent eDiscovery tools.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serve as primary client contact.
• Offer expertise on data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables.
• Create and maintain project schedules and reporting with defined activities, sequence, dependencies, and resources.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Define, implement and monitor quality standards on project deliverables.
• Plan and manage communications with clients and teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Forecast, track and manage project budgets.
• Oversee multiple complex projects and generate KPI reporting.
• Develop strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service.
