Job summary

CFS is hiring a client-facing Business Development / Account Manager in Pittsburgh to develop new accounts and grow client relationships in accounting, finance, and HR sectors. You will manage the full sales process from prospecting to account management through calls, emails, and in-person or video meetings.

After placements, you will maintain high-quality client service and ongoing relationships. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, comprehensive benefits, 401k+ matching,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or business (internships included).
• Able to communicate confidently at all levels in an organization.
• Strong on social media, email, phone and in-person outreach; proactive in making things happen.
• Driven, competitive, a team player, with a good sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and grow and maintain client relationships.
• Sell staffing and recruiting services to accounting, finance, and HR decision makers.
• Manage all facets of the sales process from prospecting to account management, via phone, email, and meetings.
• Continue to nurture relationships after placements, delivering excellent customer service.
