Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client‑facing roles.
• Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and relationship‑building conversations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to earn trust and grow accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a pipeline through outbound sales and prospecting.
• Develop new business by connecting with decision makers and uncovering hiring needs.
• Sell staffing and recruiting services to HR, finance, and accounting leaders.
• Manage the full sales process from outreach to closing deals and expanding accounts.
• Strengthen client relationships post-placement to drive repeat business.
