Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Strategic Account Manager (Client Relations Representative) in Phoenix to retain and grow existing client relationships, drive usage and revenue, and deliver value across the Paycom HR lifecycle. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and sustained client success, with up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in strategic sales and managing client relationships.
• Ability to present to executive decision makers and large groups.

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand existing client relationships to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and Transition teams to ensure smooth client ownership transfer.
• Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities within accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews and present performance metrics to clients.
• Deliver strategic value through Paycom solutions and HR lifecycle insights.
• Travel up to 75% to meet clients and conduct face-to-face discussions.
