ChemPoint in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Account Executive to drive profitable sales of specialty chemicals. You will manage top accounts, forecast demand, and partner with industry reps to grow multi-location business.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree, 3+ years in strategic account management in chemicals, strong Excel and CRM skills, and excellent communication. Hybrid role in Bellevue or The Woodlands, TX with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, marketing, business, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of strategic account management experience (chemical sales a plus).
• Formal sales training or equivalent experience in consultative sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills; CRM/database experience desirable.
• Excellent communication across varied professional levels.
• Proactive team player, adaptable, willing to tackle new challenges.
• Goal-oriented with entrepreneurial spirit and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of ChemPoint’s most strategic customer segments.
• Forecast demand, address competitive situations, and execute marketing plans.
• Collaborate with Industry Representatives on secured accounts.
• Uncover customer needs and use financial analysis to tailor solutions.
• Conduct targeted prospecting using available resources.
