Job summary

ChemPoint is seeking an Account Executive to drive profitable sales with strategic customers in a hybrid Bellevue, WA or The Woodlands, TX role. You will develop and maintain long-term partnerships across multi-location accounts, leveraging industry expertise and ChemPoint resources to gather market intelligence and support a collaborative selling team.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, marketing, business, or other related discipline.
• 3+ years of strategic account management experience (chemical sales experience a plus).
• Formal sales training or equivalent experience in consultative sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills required. CRM and/or other database experience is highly desired.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage a wide variety of personalities.
• Proactive, positive team player who is adaptable and willing to tackle new challenges.
• Goal-oriented with entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of accounts including high-volume, high-revenue customers across multiple products.
• Forecast demand, address competition, and implement marketing plans to grow key product sales.
• Collaborate with Industry Representatives on secured accounts.
• Analyze customer needs and use financial analysis to tailor solutions.
• Conduct targeted prospecting using a variety of resources.
