Job summary

UnitedHealthcare (a UnitedHealth Group company) is seeking a Strategic Account Executive in the Charlotte area. You will develop and execute strategic retention and growth plans for employer customers, acting as a trusted advisor and healthcare consultant to executives and brokers.

The role requires building multi-level relationships, managing renewals, and driving value delivery across plan performance and service results.

Qualifications

• State health and life insurance license or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• 3+ years of progressively more responsible sales and/or service experience.
• Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serves in a consultative capacity to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and contract renewal.
• Develops and maintains strategic plans for assigned customers.
• Establishes relationships with consultants and brokers to support customer objectives.
• Leads strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews with customers.
