Job summary

Sapiens in the United States seeks an Account Executive to generate new insurance software sales and services revenue across Tier-1 to 4 carriers. • 7+ years in a sales role for P&C policy administration suites with a proven track record meeting targets.
• Strong understanding of carrier workflows and ability to translate company systems into carriers' solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation, and conflict management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Win new logo deals and cross-sell Sapiens solutions to current accounts.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline across assigned territories.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including RFI/RFP responses, proposals, demos, and contract negotiations.
