We are seeking an Account Executive, Strategic Accounts to execute our sales strategy and expand our Global 2000 accounts. Responsibilities include driving executive engagement, selling solutions, and achieving growth in bookings with new and existing customers. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding quotas, a great attitude, and high energy.

Responsibilities
  • Exceed sales quotas for software and services
  • Forecast and manage the sales pipeline
  • Lead account and team strategies over multiple years
  • Create and maintain account plans
  • Collaborate internally and externally
  • Ensure a high-value customer experience
  • Engage with B2B, functional, and IT departments
  • Manage transactional and solution sales motions
  • Use MEDDICC in the sales process
  • Build relationships with VP+ and C-suite executives
  • Promote Smartsheet’s value and solutions
  • Leverage data and PLG signals for sales strategies
You Have
  • Experience in enterprise software sales
  • 5-10+ years in enterprise sales
  • Consistent quota achievement
  • At least 3 years in previous roles showing growth
  • Proven prospecting and demand-building skills
  • Strategic account planning experience
  • Value selling methodology knowledge
  • Executive engagement skills
  • Willingness to travel (30-50%)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Data-driven approach
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary range: $130,000 - $167,500 USD. Actual compensation depends on experience, location, and other factors.
