Elevance Health seeks a Strategic Account Executive to lead large group accounts, driving retention and growth with expert sales execution. You will build trusted relationships with brokers and clients, and develop strategic plans aligned to client priorities.

As a primary contact, you will coordinate with internal partners to exceed expectations, educate stakeholders, and pursue new opportunities while adapting to a hybrid work model across the central US.

Qualifications

• BA/BS minimum with 6+ years of sales experience or equivalent
• Sales license required

Responsibilities

• Manage large group accounts with complex needs and targets
• Build trusted relationships with brokers, consultants, and key decision makers
• Develop strategic business plans addressing client needs and priorities
• Educate brokers/agency on relevant topics and act as primary client contact
• Coordinate with internal partners to meet/exceed client expectations
• Identify and drive opportunities for growth and product sales
• Maintain industry/product knowledge at local, state, and federal levels
• Mentor/coach team members and support onboarding as needed
