Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS and a minimum of 9 years of experience in account management or sales.
• Sales license is required to be obtained and appointed within sixty (60) days of hire.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Builds deep relationships with executive level decision makers within the client organization.
• Develops multi-year strategic plans with the client to achieve retention and growth.
• Facilitates growth of specialty business within existing accounts (Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Stop Loss, Clinical Products).
• Provides support for New Business Sales staff with RFP responses, proposals, client presentations, and underwriting coordination.
• Manages the annual renewal process for accounts, including underwriting negotiations and renewal presentations.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth account service across departments.
