Job summary

Collateral Partners seeks an Account Executive to own net-new revenue from first conversation through signed contract. You will run discovery, build proposals, negotiate, and close, then hand off cleanly to our delivery team and move to the next opportunity.

You’ll sell sophisticated finance services to GPs, CFOs, and founders, not a software product. This remote-first role includes a base + commission and the option to work in-office if based in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Genuine finance fluency - you understand capital raises, M&A, and fund structures.
• 4+ years closing complex services contracts with sophisticated buyers.
• Full-cycle ownership: discovery, custom proposals, negotiation, contracts - start to finish.
• Comfort selling into private equity, asset management, or professional services firms.
