Job summary

DART Direct Mail in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced business development professional to continue growing our existing large clients and to attract new ones. You will leverage your direct mail and advertising media sales background to deepen relationships through in-person meetings, calls, and emails.

The role offers a salary plus commission with potential for well into six figures for top performers, and future sales management opportunities as the company expands.

• At least 2+ years of direct mail or advertising media sales history.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships in person, by phone, and via email.
• Self-starter, team player, and able to work independently with a track record of meeting goals.

DART Direct Mail has developed incredible direct mailing campaigns for clients around Atlanta and throughout the country that is helping these companies grow and become successful. Our partnership approach is one that has proven results and has lot of room to grow.

This position would take over an existing list of some of the company’s largest and best clients who have been loyal to the organization for years. We need an experienced business development person who can not only help to grow these clients, but help attract new client as well. Future sales management opportunities are certainly available.

• Experienced with at least 2+ years of solid direct mail or advertising media sales history through developing strong client relationships by in-person meetings, phone calls, emails and other communications.
• A self-starter, team player and an independent worker with a proven track record of making and surpassing sales goals.
• Excellent in communications, both verbal and written.
• A people person who enjoys helping others through strong long-lasting client relationships.
• Able to share with management a desire to succeed.

Compensation Structure: Salary + Commission. Well over six figure income potential for top performers.
